Lindale Police Weekly Brief – Week Ending 4/18/2025

Criminal Trespass–AP called requesting an individual be CTed from the property. Officers located the subject and issued a warning. 

Warrant Service–Warrant from another county. The individual was located and taken into custody without incident. 

Sus Circumstance–Employees found a black mylar bag outside the restroom containing marijuana. Managers watched CCTV and observed an individual exiting the bathroom and dropping the bag. 

Identity Theft–RP is claiming ex is using personal information to open credit card account and a bank loan.

Theft–Individual stole approximately $400 worth of beer.
