Bank announces officer promotions

Lindale—Texas Bank and Trust announced promotions of two officers in its Lindale/Hideaway Lake branch locations. Courtney McAdoo has been promoted to assistant vice president and operations manager in Texas Bank and Trust’s Lindale/Hideaway Lake branches, and Zach Eschberger has been promoted to banking officer and portfolio manager in Lindale. The announcement was made at the bank’s annual employee awards dinner.
Courtney McAdoo has worked in the banking industry for 19 years, entirely in the Lindale area. She joined Texas Bank and Trust in July 2017 in its Van Branch as a bank services representative and transferred to the Hideaway Lake location as operations manager in 2019. In addition to her duties as operations manager, Mrs. McAdoo has assisted the Lindale High School students who serve on the bank’s student board of directors. She is also a graduate of the TBT Leadership Academy, Class of 2021. Mrs. McAdoo has been married to her husband, Gatlin, for 10 years.
Zach Eschberger joined Texas Bank and Trust in 2021 as a credit analyst trainee. In the time since, he has been promoted to credit analyst, senior credit analyst, and a portfolio manager. Mr. Eschberger holds a bachelor of business administration in finance from Henderson State University, where he was also a four-year Letterman in baseball. Active in the community, Mr. Eschberger serves as a Christmas bell ringer for the Salvation Army, and has participated in various events and initiatives with both the Lindale Chamber and Lindale ISD. He and his wife, Rebecca, have one daughter and another due in May, and are members of Rose Heights Church in Lindale.
