Lindale Police Brief – Week ending 10/2/2026

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - RPs reported an individual coming into the store, creating a disturbance and vandalizing the store.  

POSS CS PG 2 - Officers conducted a traffic stop which resulted in a vehicle search and locating THC vapes. The driver was taken into custody and transported to Smith Co Jail.

ASSIST EMS – An employee found an individual unresponsive after flooding the room from running bath water. 

FORGED CHECK/FRAUD - RP reported someone used two of their checks. The bank notified RP that two of the check numbers had been repeated.

DWI - Traffic stop led to arrest for DWI.
