WELFARE CHECK, IHOP- RP is a customer at Ihop, advising that an elderly individual came inside stating that someone had been holding her captive in a basement and she was able to escape.  Officers contacted the individual and determined that she is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.  Contact was made with the individual’s son – she resides with her Husband and was transported back home.

DISTURBANCE-RP advisedshe went to this location to check on her daughter and noticed she had scratches on her arms.  She does not know if they were self-Inflicted or not.  She is afraid that her daughter’s boyfriendinflicted the scratches.  Officers arrived to find the daughter hysterical because her mom called the police.  She is adamite that nothing happened between her and her boyfriend, and the scratches came from her cat.

CIVIL MATTER/PUBLIC SERVICE- RP came to the PD advising that his sister and brother-in-law are getting a divorce, and his sister left a vehicle at his residence that is owned by both of them.  RP wants to know what to do if brother-in-law comes to try to get the vehicle.  Officer advised RP not to get involved because the vehicle still belongs to both.  Nothing could be done if the owner of the vehicle comes to get the vehicle.

SUSP VEHICLE, 920 E HUBBARD/ LINDALE HS AG BUILDING- Officers were dispatched to the AG building on a report of a truck in front of the building.  The caller was an LISD Officer stating that an individual was inside the building when students got there and took off running to this vehicle when he saw the students.  Officers arrived and the vehicle was nowhere to be located.  Nothing appeared disturbed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF– RP advised of two juveniles ringing her doorbell then fleeing the area. RP advised the two subjects had masks over their faces and entered the property despite the flood lights activating. One subject had an unknown object in hand while one subject remained at the road. Subjects were seen on Ring camera.

CIVIL MATTER-  RP advised her sister took $800 from her bank account after the RP gave her full access to the bank account.

THEFT, 105 E. CENTENNIAL BLVD- AP reports a theft with items totaling $275

AOA – Assisted DPS with a roll over on the WB off ramp. 

Arrest/ PCS –Stopped a vehicle for traffic violation. Found 22 grams of meth.
