Lindale—The Lindale Independent School District is pleased to announce the hiring of Mrs. Heidi Dudley as the new assistant principal of the Lindale Early Childhood Center.

Dudley brings a wealth of experience in elementary education and a deep connection to the Lindale community. She has served students and families in Lindale ISD since 2009 and has held a variety of educational roles throughout her career. Prior to joining Lindale ISD, Dudley worked as a teacher in both Waco ISD and Marshall ISD. She is also a proud graduate of Lindale High School.

Dudley expressed her enthusiasm for the opportunity to serve in her new leadership role.

“Thank you again for the opportunity to serve at Lindale ECC,” Dudley said. “I'm excited to work with Mrs. Baze and the faculty, staff, and students at ECC!”

Superintendent Stan Surratt said Dudley’s experience, dedication, and familiarity with the Early Childhood Center make her an outstanding addition to the campus leadership team.

“We are so excited to add Mrs. Dudley to our administrative team,” Surratt said. “She has worked for our district for many years and has all the attributes and skills needed to be a very successful assistant principal. Mrs. Dudley previously worked on the ECC campus and will be a natural fit in her new role. Mrs. Dudley and Mrs. Baze will be an amazing administrative team for the Early Childhood Center.”

Dudley earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Baylor University and a Master’s degree in Education Administration from Tarleton State University.
