ABANDONED VEH, W HUBBARD/849-Vehicle found disabled by the stop sign at Hubbard and FM 849. TxDot trying to work around it. Requesting Officer. Crow Towing on call and was notified to come get the vehicle as it posed a hazard. Contact was attempted with owner numerous times but unsuccessful.
SUSP CIRCUMSTANCE, CHRISTUS-RP called to advise that a vehicle dropped an individual in the parking lot who then began pulling door handles of other vehicles. No vehicle was entered. Individual was gone prior to arrival.
THEFT, WALMART-Walmart APcalled in a shoplifting where individual was caught under ringing items at self-check. Officer responded to work theft. Value was $77.17 with NO previous convictions. Citation issued for Theft. No criminal Trespass was wanted.
911 ABUSE-Dispatch received a 911 call advising that his neighbors were trespassing on the property by shining a flashlight. Officer Arrived to speak with RP, but he refused to come out of the house. Later called back on 911 requesting Tyler PD and was told to come talk with officers on scene.
ASSIST SCSO/PURSUIT- Constable attempted to pull over a vehicle, engaged in a20 Minute Pursuit, pulled into his driveway and taken into custody for outstanding warrant and evading arrest w/veh. And Child Endangerment.
WARRANT SERVICE, AMERICAN STATE BANK- hit on LP for warrants Vehicle was located and was arrested on the warrant.
WARRANT SERVICE, BROADSTREET BANK- hit on LP for Warrants. The vehicle was located at residence and individual was getting out of the vehicle. arrested for warrant without incident.
Theft- QT- Subj stated that he was at pump 3 getting gas and while pumping, he went inside to use restroom and purchase a drink. While inside, person pulled up to pump 4 and took nozzle out of his tank and transferred it to the vehicle at pump 4 and filled up his tank. Report taken and video reviewed that showed this happening.
Theft – Dollar General- Subj stated that he lost his wallet at the store and accused the clerk of knowing where it was but not returning it. After report taken, a person contacted the individual and turned over the wallet with all the contents inside.
Lowes – Hit and Run- Caller sated that while in Lowes, her car was struck but no one stayed to make contact. After officers arrive, they find a note on the windshield leaving a name and number to contact them. No report taken.
Susp Circs- Homeowner called saying her outside cameras caught an image of a person in her back yard toward the woods. Area checked but could not find the person.
Agg. Assault - Caller stated that her father-in-law has shot at her three times. Made contact with individual and found gun. POW was done.
