Suspect sought for kidnapping, aggravated assault

Irving—A suspect described as a white male between 50 and 60 years old walked into an establishment near SH-183 and Esters Rd on Nov. 10. 

The suspect approached a female employee and forced her into the back room, where she was assaulted. 

This suspect has been identified as Patrick Francis Hoversten of Sonoma, California. Hoversten is employed as a truck driver and is believed to be in the Laredo, Texas, area. The Irving Police Department has a warrant out for his arrest.
