Lindale Police Report Week Ending 4/4/25

CRIM TRESPASS-AP called stating he had been following an individual around the store who had opened several food items, ate them and then the individual’s payments did not go through. AP does not want charges filed but wants the person warned away. The individual was issued a CTW. 

AOA-County called requesting units to assist in an assault in progress. Officers arrived, located the suspect, detained everyone and requested EMS to the scene. County took one in custody for Assault. 

WELFARE CONCERN-Officers contacted an individual in the parking lot who appeared to be intoxicated. EMS called and blood sugar was checked. Levels were over 700. The individual was transported to hospital. 

AOA-Assisted County on a 911 call where a disturbance occurred. Susp left prior to officers’ arrival. Caller became uncooperative. 

AOA-County radioed about a rolling assault driving on 20. The caller stated an individual was being punched by another. Located vehicle with DPS and made the stop. Subject arrested for assault. DPS took the case. 

POW-Caller stated that he received a text from his roommate and was concerned that she had done something to herself. The caller went home and found the roommate vomiting pills. The roommate stated she took pills to end her life. Completed a POW. 

TRAFFIC STOP/WARRANT SERVICE-A driver’s information stated the driver was k wanted out of NM. NM confirmed and the driver was arrested on the warrant. The car was released to the registered owner.
