Lindale Police Report Week Ending 3/21/25

HIT AND RUN-RP called advising that he was at a stop sign coming off the interstate when he was struck by a vehicle, the vehicle kept driving southbound. An officer took a hit and run accident report. 

ASSAULT FAM/VIO-RP called 911 two times regarding civil issues and was referred to the courts. RP was not at the residence at the time of the calls.  

RP called 911 again, this time from the house, stating they needed officers. Officers arrived to learn that RP hit the roommate, splitting his eye open. Officers arrested RP for Assault, Family Violence.  

DWLI-Traffic stop led to arrest for DWLI, subject had three prior convictions. 

SUSP PERS-Dealt with a transient, who stated he was checking a flat tire. Due to not living there, he was asked to leave and did. Later during the night, police were contacted by local business that reported the subject had taken off his shirt and was dancing in the lot. 

THEFT-RP states someone stole her temp license tag on her car.
