Lindale Police Report
SUSP PERSON-Dispatch notified officers of an individual at the park appearing to be drinking alcohol, smoking something and talking to himself.
ASSIST EMS/WELFARE CONCERN-Dispatch received a 911 call from an individual stating he needed help, but he would not elaborate regarding what kind of help. Officers arrived to find RP had fallen out of his chair and could not get up. EMS, Fire and officers got him back into his wheelchair but he refused treatment from EMS.
49 & 69 – Assist DPS-Assisted DPS on a rollover accident. No injuries.
CT-Caller stated that a friend is threatening to cause problems because of a welfare check that was made by the RP on the friend. Friend came over and officers were called. CT issued.
Warrant Serv-Smith Co req assistance in locating and serving a warrant on an individual who lives at the address. Subj was gone when officers arrived but advised him of the warrants and that he needed to take care of them. Subj stated he would do so voluntarily.
Stolen Plates-Located hit on stolen plate and made recovery. Subj had just purchased the vehicle after impound from Dallas.
Medical/ Welfare-RP wanted a check done on his mother who has falling issues. Officers went to the house, but no one was responding. Eventually contact was made and entry was gained with the help of a neighbor. Subj was transported to hospital.
CT-Individual entered the store and committed a theft of less $100. Officeers located him and placed him under arrest for multiple warrants due to previous CT’s
