Weekly Brief – Week ending 01/10/2025, Significant Events

CT-Received a call from store employee stating that an individual is in the parking lot arguing with management and refusing to leave. Officers arrived to find the individual arguing with management and advised she wanted him warned away. The individual was issued CTW.

Accident-Subjects left a club after a night out drinking and were on their way home. Driver swerved and ended up striking the metal/concrete retaining wall. Driver transported to the hospital, a blood draw was done.

Accidental Shooting-Individual shot himself in the leg as he was cleaning his pistol. He was transported to the hospital with minor injury.

Accident/DWI-Subject was involved in major accident. Subj then drove away and crashed into a nearby building. Officers located him, Subj transported to hospital for treatment and blood draw.

Assist EMS-Individual fell down the stairs in apartment and hit her head on door hinge. The individual was transported to hospital for treatment.

Fraud-Subj advised that she was defrauded over the phone. 

Warrant Service-Officer stopped vehicle for traffic violation. The driver was arrested for warrants and taken to jail.

Inquest-Individual passed away in his sleep. 

CT-Manager stated that he had asked a couple to leave, and they would not. Officers made contact, CT issued and they left.
